How to Change Your Oregon Registered Agent
There are two forms that can help you change your Oregon Registered Agent information on state record:

Information Change Form
You can file the Information Change Form online, by mail, fax, or in person:
To File ONLINE:
You’ll need to login or create an account with the Oregon Business Registry. You will also need the registry number of your business to file the Information Change Report online. You can find this information by doing a business search.
Once logged in, click on the Information Change tab to update your registered agent name and address. This information is updated immediately with the Secretary of State there is no fee to file, hooray!
To File By Mail, Fax, or In Person:
LLCs, corporations, and non-profit corporations can use this Information of Change form to update registered agent details. Don’t forget to find your business registry number by performing a business search first:
- Use BLACK INK to fill out the form by hand or on your computer
- Fill out section 4-8 with your new registered agent’s information
- Fill out section 9 with the name of an LLC member or manager, or a corporation officer or shareholder, who is authorized to make this kind of change for your business
- Fill out section 11 with the signature, printed name, and title of the person actually filing this form
- Below section 11, provide the state with a contact name and phone number in case they have questions about this filing

Use Your Oregon Annual Report
If it’s time to file your Oregon Annual Report, might as well catch two fish with one cast and update your registered agent info at the same time. The only way to file your Oregon Annual Report is online.
Login or create an account with the Oregon Business Registry, and find your business registry number by doing a business search. Click on the “Renew/Reinstate” tab to access the online annual report form. The annual report filing fee is $100 and is due by your business anniversary date each year. Oregon allows you to file up to 45 days in advance for your convenience.
